Aftersales Engineer Support

 

We provide our clients with the full engineer support service for Warranty and Non-Warranty repairs. We contact the end user to arrange the service call, carry out all repair works requested and provide full diagnostic reporting including photographic / video evidence. We understand the needs of our clients and only offer a professional service.

With flexible working hours, we will aim to assist our clients when urgency is a factor. All our engineers are fully trained in the products they will be working with as well as being DBS checked and holding a valid CSCS card.

The aim of our business is to provide a professional extension to our customer’s businesses.

Reactive and Planned Maintenance

 

Structured planned maintenance often can extend the life of many products, especially those in contact with water systems. Dependent on the type of products, we inspect, advise and provide planned maintenance to prevent the often-expensive exercise of product replacement.

Repairs to certain bathroom products such as thermostatic showers, should be done so by qualified engineers. G3 can provide you with the skilled engineers to carry out many areas of repairs relating to worn or damaged products.
